Procedure 2 – Add Account to Windows with Outlook

To ADD new mail account:


Step 1 of 4

Open Microsoft Outlook.

If you’ve already completed procedure 1 you should be presented with the welcome page, or a prompt to create profile depending on your version of Outlook.

If prompted to create a profile, type “atft” and click OK. You will then see the Welcome to Outlook page.

Step 2 of 4

Enter your email address and click Connect.


Step 3 of 4

When prompted, enter your password, put a checkmark in remember my credentials, and click OK.

Step 4 of 4

Click OK.

Note. If you have not set up the new account on your mobile device yet, leave a checkmark in Setup Outlook Mobile on my phone too. Otherwise, uncheck.

Procedure Complete!

Congratulations. You are now fully connected to the new email server and can now send and receive email.
