To REMOVE the existing mail account:

Important Notes:

-Performing this procedure will remove all mail accounts currently in Outlook. If you have any personal accounts currently connected to Outlook, you will have to manually re-add those accounts after performing this procedure. Contact Frank after the migration for assistance with re-adding personal accounts since the process varies depending on your personal mail provider.

-This procedure also removes your local archive from view. Procedures for re-adding the local archive can be found following the second procedure in this process.

Note: Make sure Outlook is closed before continuing.

Browse to Control Panel and change the view to Small or Large icons. Click on Mail (Microsoft Outlook).

Click Show Profiles.


Step 3 of 4

Highlight the one profile listed and click Remove.

Click Yes to confirm, close all open windows and control panel.
