Procedure 2 – Add Account to iPhone with Outlook app

To ADD new mail account:


Important Note: With the move to the new email server, we are also standardizing the way all employees access email from their mobile devices for security and continuity. We no longer support accessing company email through the default mail app on mobile devices.

If you do not already have the Outlook app for your iPhone, please visit the Apple App Store  on your iPhone and and download it before you begin this procedure. (Search for “Outlook” in the App Store.)

Open Outlook for iOS. The icon looks like this:

If you don’t have it yet,


Step 2 of 5

First time using Outlook for iOS? Just tap Get Started.

If not, tap the menu icon the upper left corner.

Tap to open the collapsable menu in the corner

Tap Settings Outlook app settings > Add Account > Add Email Account.

Tap Add Account

Type your full email address, then tap Add Account.

 Enter your email address


Step 4 of 5

Enter your email account password and tap Sign In.

Enter your Outlook.com password


Step 5 of  5

 Tap Yes or Allow to give Outlook permission to sync calendar, contacts, etc.

Allow permissions.

Swipe through the intro and you’re now ready to use Outlook for iOS!


Procedure Complete!

Congratulations You are now fully connected to the new email server and can now send and receive email.
